Sunsets, Stars, Snowfall

In the sunsets I’ve seen, the stars I’ve watched, and the snow I’ve let fall on my face, I felt peace because I felt safe. In those moments, I was safe from the exhaustion, stress, and anxiety that came with the things out of my control because God, who is infinitely good, reminded me that the goodness and beauty I saw in the world was the same goodness and beauty He sees in me.

    We will be looking at the Yale Divinity School’s missionary collection, specifically focusing on letters from international ecumenical movements from America to China. We will be looking at how these relate to our theme of freidnship in a more nuanced way. We will be walking up from cross-campus at 8:30 am, but you can also meet at the YDS gates at 9 am.
